And the first thing Aristide did was to write some exquisite Will/Bran post-Silver On The Tree slash, and do justice to Susan Cooper's writing - no small feat in itself - and make it believable. It's Something Different.

Cooper has always been one of my favorite pro authors, and Aristide has been among my top slash authors - not least because of the richness of the language she uses. (Although Tristead totally whites out my nights from time to time - that one about the dragon? aiick!)

*snicker* and the line about the dream solving that question, and no, Bran's not in any trouble so long as Will stays away ... :)
